What an Exceptional Service
I popped into the Nolte showroom in Richmond recently as I needed some advice about my granite worktops. I was greeted by Destiny who was extremely helpful and polite. She took my details and as promised gave me a call back once she had found out the information I needed. She also sourced the right silicon sealant for me which I picked up complimentary. What an exceptional service.

The new Nolte kitchen shop appeared just at the right time for my project. Rachel and Destiny were so welcoming, considerate and knowledgeable. They understood what I needed to achieve and how to make it happen; with some added tweaks which improved the whole design immensely.

I want to acknowledge my exceptional experience with Destiny and Rachel from Nolte Kitchens in Richmond. They took the time to listen and understand my brief, which was greatly appreciated as it was for a holiday home in Greece and I wanted to achieve a particular aesthetic. Unfortunately, because of how Nolte is structured I won’t be able to complete the design and supply process with them, so I’ll now be working with the Nolte Greece team. However, their professionalism, customer focus, and clear communications made the transition seamless.
