MEET THE TEAM
Destiny Smith: Design Director
Destiny brings nearly two decades of experience in the kitchen industry, with 17 years dedicated to designing beautiful, functional spaces. Inspired by a lifelong passion for interiors, she has always been drawn to the way thoughtful design can transform a home. Destiny’s approach is highly personal, focusing on understanding each client’s vision and uncovering ideas you may not yet have fully defined. She enjoys piecing together every element of a project like a puzzle, creating kitchens that balance practicality with individual style. Known for her creative flair and well-managed design process, Destiny isn’t afraid to embrace bold colour and layered textures to add lots of depth and character. She also believes lighting is essential to bringing a space to life. Destiny holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the British College of Interior Design.
Rachel Scott: Designer
With over 20 years of experience as a designer, Rachel has built a career around helping people create spaces that truly feel like home. Her passion for interiors began early, when she first started decorating her own bedroom and realised how much the design of a space can influence how comfortable and secure we feel. That early interest grew into a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful, personal design.
She believes the kitchen plays a vital role in the home. Her goal is to create welcoming spaces where people can relax, connect and enjoy time together. Having worked on both client projects and personal renovations, she brings valuable experience to every design and is always happy to share lessons learned to help clients avoid common pitfalls.
Her approach begins with careful listening, taking the time to understand your experiences, style preferences and priorities. She also believes planning is key, encouraging clients to refine ideas early and build a strong team around them. Personally, she loves mixing textures and colours to add depth and interest, always ensuring there is a striking focal point within the design. She takes great pride in the kitchens she has designed, with some designs having been featured in magazine articles!
